We hope you're pleased with your Domaine Ardent purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to assist.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact support@domaineardent.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
To request an exchange, please contact support@domaineardent.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like to exchange.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
